Varnish in Shared Hosting
Varnish is offered as an optional upgrade with each of our Linux shared packages. You can add it to your hosting account from the Hepsia hosting Control Panel, which comes with all shared web hosting packages and you’ll get a very intuitive GUI, which will grant you complete control over the content caching platform. Using one-click fast-access buttons, you can reboot or deactivate any of the instances, i.e. Varnish will no longer be enabled for a particular site. You can also see a detailed system log file or delete the cache for any of the websites. When you add Varnish to your hosting package, you will be able to select the maximum amount of system memory that will be available to you for content caching purposes and how many websites will use Varnish. You can always get more memory in increments of 32 megabytes and, for maximum performance, you can allocate a dedicated IP to the sites that will use Varnish. This will permit you to get the most out of your Internet sites and to have plenty of happy visitors.
Varnish in Semi-dedicated Hosting
Varnish is a feature, which comes by default with all Linux semi-dedicated hosting that we offer and you can use it for workload balancing purposes. It is available in your Hepsia Control Panel. The platform comes with 64 megabytes of system memory for cached data storing purposes and you can use it with any website that you host in the account. In case you are in need of more, you can increase the memory allocation. The memory itself is offered in increments of 32 MB through the Control Panel’s Upgrades section. The very same Upgrades section will permit you to create more instances too, if you’d like to use the Varnish platform with more Internet sites. The two upgrades can be ordered independently – you can cache the content of a single resource-consuming site or run several different websites with the default memory allowance. You can take full advantage of the Varnish platform if you have a dedicated IP and you can order one with your semi-dedicated server plan as well. The Hepsia Control Panel will grant you full control over the caching platform and, with no more than one single mouse click, you will be able to clear the cache, to check a log or to reboot an instance.
Varnish in VPS Hosting
You can take advantage of Varnish with each of our virtual private server packages at no additional cost, since the content caching platform is pre-installed and is included by default. The only requirement is that the Virtual Private Server must be ordered with the Hepsia Control Panel, via which you’ll be able to set up Varnish for any of your Internet sites with only a couple of clicks. Each Virtual Private Server package includes a different amount of system memory for content caching purposes, but you will get no less than several hundred MB, which is quite sufficient even for several large-sized sites. Shortly after you set up the Varnish platform, it’ll start caching the content that your site visitors request, so you’ll notice the significantly better webpage load times and the lowered load in no time. The caching platform will allow you to use a less costly VPS, as you won’t need that much power to sustain the proper operation of your Internet sites even if you run resource-hungry Internet sites with lots of visitors. Maximum results are accomplished if the Internet sites that use the Varnish caching platform also use a dedicated IP address.
Varnish in Dedicated Web Hosting
If you order a dedicated server with the Hepsia hosting Control Panel, you will get the Varnish platform at no additional fee and you’ll have total control over it through a truly time and effort saving interface – you will be able to start, to disable or to restart an instance, to browse a detailed system log, to delete the cache for any website and much more. The Varnish platform will have several gigabytes of memory at its disposal, so even if you own resource-demanding websites with numerous visitors, you will notice the much faster site load times and the lowered load on the dedicated server. This will become a fact shortly after you begin using Varnish, as it will need some time to cache the site content that visitors browse. You can get the most out of the platform’s capability if the Internet sites that are using it also use a dedicated IP address, but considering the fact that your dedicated server includes a few IPs by default, you will not have to pay anything on top of the monthly charge for the machine itself.
